30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund:

The rug must be unused

The rug must be free of stains, marks, odors, or signs of prayer use

The rug must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Due to the nature of textile and prayer-use products, any rug that shows visible signs of use, wear, creasing from extended placement, fragrance, or staining will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to inspect and determine eligibility upon return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method. Iman Rug is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@imanrug.com and include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting admin@imanrug.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
